In compliance and adherence to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we hereby disclose the following points:

 

Identity and address of the controller

 

Manao, S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as Manao, is responsible for the use and management of the personal data of data subjects, with the address for receiving notifications related to data protection at José Ma. Morelos Poniente, 201-C, Col. Centro, Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo, CP 43600.

 

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data we collect

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use your personal data such as name, address, cell phone or home phone, email address, company where you work, position held, office phone, work address, RFC (tax ID), legal powers, articles of incorporation, and RFC of the legal representative. Additionally, the aforementioned data will be obtained for processing in person when we visit you, during seminars, conferences, or other events, directly through the receipt of information via email, registration on our website, WhatsApp, forms, and indirectly through referrals or any other authorized means of communication.

 

Manao informs that it does not request Personal Data considered as Sensitive to carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice.

 

The company will treat your information and personal data as confidential and will maintain preventive measures aimed at protecting it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, and will not disclose it for any purpose other than that established in this Privacy Notice.

 

Secondary Purposes

 

We inform you that the data may be used for the following purposes that are not necessary but allow us to provide you with better service, so they will be used to carry out advertising announcements of our services and/or strategic allies, invitations to social networks, invitations to special events, quality surveys, and communications related to the company as a means of improving the quality of our services. Under no circumstances will Manao make any use of the personal data of its customers other than those referred to, except with the express consent of the data subject and the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the law.

In cases provided for by the Law, it is possible to transfer data without the consent of the data subject when a Law or treaty in which Mexico is a party so establishes, it is necessary for the prevention or medical diagnosis, provision of health care, medical treatment, management of health services, under a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of the data subject, by the controller and a third party, aimed at fulfilling the obligations and responsibilities that gave rise to the legal relationship between the controller and the data subject, or when they are necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice as indicated in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

 

The recipients of the personal data, processors, and/or third parties, assume the same obligations as the controller in accordance with the terms defined in this privacy notice.

 

Limiting the use and/or disclosure of personal data

 

As a data subject, you may at any time limit the use and disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to contacto@manao.mx or you can request to be included in our exclusion list.

 

It is noted that there are other mechanisms to limit the use and disclosure of your data, such as the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) of PROFECO, which you can consult for more information on its website.

 

Use of web beacons/cookies

We inform you that Manao has a website https://www.manao.mx/ and only uses technical cookies that allow us to have a better experience in viewing our website on any electronic device, so we do not obtain information through this means.

 

Exercise of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO) Rights and/or Revocation of Consent

 

We inform you that at all times you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data that you have provided to us, as well as to revoke your consent. To do so, it is necessary to send a request to the following email address contacto@manao.mx, where you will be provided with more information on the subject and your request will be properly addressed.

 

1. Information and/or documents required to exercise ARCO rights.

 

• Date of request

• Name and address of the data subject

• Telephone number or email address for notification of the request.

• Clear and precise description of the personal data on which any of the aforementioned rights are sought to be exercised.

• Copy of the voter ID card, official identification with photograph of the data subject and, if support from a legal representative is required, a copy of the official identification and the document proving the legal representation of the same.

• Contact information (name, address, email, and/or telephone) of the data subject.

 

2. Procedure for exercising ARCO rights and/or revoking consent.

 

•  As the data subject, you may assert your ARCO rights and/or revoke consent provided that you submit the corresponding request and the documents mentioned above in section a) in copy via email to contacto@manao.mx.

• Upon receiving your request, if the information provided is insufficient or incorrect, or if the required documents are not included, we may request them once within the five business days following the receipt of your request, and the necessary elements or documents must be added to process it.

• As the data subject, you will have ten business days to address the request, counted from the day following its receipt. If no response is given within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not to have been submitted. If the request is addressed, the deadline for the response will begin on the day following its receipt.

• Upon receiving your request and finding it complete, we will conduct an eligibility analysis within twenty business days, and an additional fifteen business days will be allocated to perform the corresponding operational and administrative activities if deemed appropriate.

This Privacy Notice may undergo modifications, changes, or updates due to new legal requirements; our own needs for the services we offer; changes to our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or other causes.
